Exam Structure
APM PMQ exam
The APM PFQ exam is taken after classroom course, or within one year of purchasing an online blended course.
- Questions:40 questions worth a total of 90 marks
- Duration:Â 2.5 hours (There is an optional break of up to 30 minutes between the two parts of the exam)
- Materials allowed:Â Closed-book
- Pre-requisites:Â None
- Results:Â within 8 weeks.
The APM Project Management Qualification question types include:
- Multiple response (20 questions worth 1 mark each)
- Select from list (5 questions worth 2 marks each)
- Short response (5 questions worth 2 marks each)
- Long response (10 questions worth 5 marks each)
APM PMQ blended online course
- Self-study time required: 40 hours
- Selected topic sessions: 5×3 hours
- Orientation and monthly check-in sessions
- Exam preparation session: 3 hours
- Course access duration: 12 months
