    What You’ll Study – Strategic-Level Modules 

    The Strategic Level focuses on enterprise-wide decision-making and financial leadership. You will study three advanced modules aligned to CIMA’s core pillars: Enterprise, Performance, and Financial. 

    E3 – Strategic Management 

    Gain deep insight into how strategies are formed, implemented, and evaluated in complex business environments.

    Assessment Structure 

    To complete the Strategic Level, you must pass three computer-based objective tests and one case study exam. 

    Objective Tests (90 mins each): 

    • Strategic Management (E3) 
    • Risk Management (P3) 
    • Financial Strategy (F3) 

    Case Study Synoptic Exam (3 hours): 

    Applies knowledge across all three subjects to assess your ability to handle real-world strategic scenarios.
    Case study sessions are held four times per year.

    • Exams available on-demand via Pearson VUE centres (worldwide) or online 
    • Objective tests are automatically marked (results within 48 hours) 
    • Case studies are human-marked (results within 6–8 weeks)
