    The CIMA Management Level includes three modules built around CIMA’s core pillars: Enterprise, Performance, and Financial. You’ll gain advanced knowledge of strategy implementation, cost control, performance measurement, and financial reporting. 

    E2 – Managing Performance

    Assessment Format 

    To complete the Management Level, you must pass three objective tests and one synoptic case study exam. 

    Objective Tests (90 minutes each): 

    • E2: Managing Performance 
    • P2: Advanced Management Accounting 
    • F2: Advanced Financial Reporting 

    Each is computer-based, multiple-choice, and can be taken on demand at any of 5,500 global Pearson VUE test centres or online. 

    Case Study Exam (3 hours): 

    Applies your knowledge across all three subjects to real-world business scenarios. Held during four set windows each year.
    Results: Objective tests – within 48 hours; Case study – within 6 to 8 weeks.
