  • Course Overview

AI is reshaping every industry. The question is no longer whether to adopt it, but how to do so without wasting resources, violating compliance, or falling behind.

Generative AI for Business is designed for executives, senior managers, and strategic leaders who need to take ownership of AI integration in their organisation. Not a technical course — a strategic and operational course that gives you frameworks, vocabulary, and decision tools to lead AI initiatives with confidence.

Delegates leave with a clear understanding of the enterprise AI landscape, a practical governance framework, hands-on experience with the leading generative AI tools at business level, and — most importantly — a concrete, prioritised roadmap for their own organisation, built in the classroom using real data from their company.

The course is structured around real enterprise decisions: what to build vs. buy, how to measure ROI on AI initiatives, how to manage data governance and compliance, how to build AI-ready teams, and how to sequence pilots to generate momentum without overcommitting.
