- The regulatory landscape: EU AI Act, GDPR, sectoral regulations
- Data governance for AI: what can and cannot be used, and why
- Building an AI governance framework: roles, policies, review gates
- Risk management: bias, hallucination, IP, confidentiality
- Exercise: drafting a first-cut AI governance policy for your organisation
Module 03 · ROI, measurement, and business cases — 5 hours
- How to evaluate AI initiatives: cost, benefit, risk, time-to-value
- Building a business case for an AI project (template-driven)
- Metrics that matter: productivity, quality, revenue, risk reduction
- Portfolio thinking: pilots, bets, and scaling
- Exercise: build a prioritised AI initiative portfolio for your organisation
Module 04 · Leading AI-ready teams — 5 hours
