He is highly professional and passionate about the discipline and it shows through his determination to drive understanding throughout the 5-day course by adapting to everyone’s needs. The course was rigorous and exciting, as I can already see how I will employ new techniques.

The course had a good balance between group activities, exercises and theory. The interaction as well as learning; Teach-Back at the start of days were very good points. The trainer presented the course topics very well and made sure there were plenty of activities and group interaction.

This is the fourth time we have used both Acudemy and Katrina for our expanding team. On all occasions, the feedback from the members has been fantastic. The whole group loved Katrina's masterclass and she completely inspired them all! A great result.

The practical side of the course, which was on the fourth day helped us understand what was taught in the first 3 days. I found this course has bridged the gap with what I was struggling with in terms of software use. Everything was explained thoroughly and at a good pace which was great for understanding. The content was exactly what I was looking for.
